Festoons
Festoons include cheek mounds, cheek bags, malar mounds, and malar edema. Each scenario presents with different degrees of swelling. There may be coexistent lower eyelid changes which also need to be addressed.
Eyelids
Cosmetic conditions include droopy or hooded upper lids, baggy lower lids, and ptosis (low lying lids). There may be coexistent drooping of the brows which also needs to be addressed.
Face
With age, the ligaments, muscles, and skin of the face can sag causing loss of the jawline. A local anesthesia-based option includes lifting the superficial muscle apron (SMAS) and skin removal for moderate rejuvenation.
Skin
Skin treatments are tantamount to retard aging. With the latest lasers and technology, facial sunspots, pores, laxity, Rosacea, and scarring can be improved while building collagen. Science-based skin care is a must.
Injectables/PDO Lifts
The judicious use of polydioxanone (PDO) thread lifts, neuromodulators (i.e. Botox, Dysport), calcium-based fillers (Radiesse) and HA fillers in non-eyelid and cheek areas can yield age-defying results.
Hair
The key to hair loss is prevention, but it is never too late for most. Low level laser therapy, platelet rich plasma (PRP) and exosome treatments are quite beneficial to retard hair loss and improve growth.
